 We dug up some dirt and whew! It was a lot of work. We also got most of the dirt in the space that was going to be our school garden and the grass in a pile to throw away. We found oodles of ground clay! We saw many insects along the way, too! Catch my next post tomorrow!

We are going to dig into our brand new garden and get our hands messy. I brought in a snap dragon! It’s so pretty! I wish you could see it! I can’t wait! See ya next time!

We chose some beautiful flowers from the flower catalog. The flowers we picked from the flower catalog, were used to design our own garden. Then we’ll unite to make a garden for all of our school!

We went on another hike in the neighborhood to look at some more local flower beds. We have seen flowers of different shapes, sizes, and colors. Once we were back at school, we started planning our garden of our own!
